How should you use our oxygen cosmetics?

We often get asked how to use our cosmetics correctly. Since our cosmetics are all natural and are produced using a special cold technology, there are also some very specific ways of using them.

Therefore, we have decided to compile a short and concise guide that will tell you what to do (and how to do it) when you are using our oxygen cosmetic skincare products.

  1. Step 1 – Perfect makeup removal and cleansing (if you don’t have makeup on)

Never forget to remove your makeup in the evening and cleanse your skin thoroughly, especially in the area around the eyes. Skin that has makeup on cannot regenerate properly, and will become very dry. Remnants of makeup will also cause the skin to age faster. In particular, the rare active substances found in facial toners, face masks, serums and creams cannot penetrate clogged pores, which is you are more or less “throwing your money down the drain” when you apply these products to your face with makeup on. You obviously don’t want that. What’s more, the ingredients in these products can build up, adding material to the dirt that’s already on your skin and causing excessive strain or even inflammation.

Furthermore, it is also important to do another deep skin cleanse in the morning. During the night, the body tries to rid itself of waste materials and the skin works intensively on regeneration. That is why we often wake up to oily skin containing waste materials and dead skin cells in the morning. As these impurities are predominantly fatty in nature, simply cleansing your skin with water is not enough.

Natural vegetable oils work as an ideal makeup remover and a skin cleanser. The oily and fatty substances found on the skin are best dissolved in fats. So feel free to reach for that bottle of coconut oil, almond oil or another natural oil you’ve got hiding in the back of your pantry. Apply a small amount of oil to a damp makeup remover pad, and gently massage it into the skin. Repeat this procedure at least twice. Then, gently dry your face.

  1. Step 2 – Don’t forget to use toner

Once your skin has been cleansed of oil and grease, it’s necessary to use a facial toner. Facial toners and tonics modify the skin’s pH level and both nourish and moisturise your skin. But don’t confuse facial toner with micellar water. Micellar waters disrupt the skin’s natural protective film, and can therefore over-dry the skin.

  1. Step 3 – Oxygen fluid

The purpose of using a moisturiser is to keep your skin naturally hydrated for as long as possible and to prevent moisture loss. The moisturiser is also used to help balance your skin’s complexion and facilitate rapid regeneration, while providing protection against adverse external influences. When using our Oxy Addict Rejuvenating Oxygen Cream, just one spray from the pump is enough. Ideally, you should work the fluid into your fingers first before applying it to the skin.

As it is a natural cosmetic with a straightforward formula, prepared under a cold temperature in order to preserve all of its rare natural substances and active ingredients, applying this product can be quite difficult in the beginning.

If spreading the formula into your hands doesn’t seem to be working for you, it’s also possible to apply the cream onto slightly damp skin, which will increase its absorption.

As our CEO, Martina Dudová, says: “It’s one of the best creams I’ve ever created.” For this reason, you really shouldn’t mind if the application process can be slightly difficult to get the hang of at first. You will find that after just a few days, your skin becomes perfectly hydrated and you’ll feel like the fluid is literally being absorbed, making the application process easy-breezy.
